| (1) .将设备固定在平整的水泥地面上，并调整达到水平。 (1) fix the equipment on the flat cement ground and adjust it to the level. (2).长效网与挤出机料筒是通过法兰进行联接的，法兰的紧固螺丝在紧固时 必须进行均匀紧固，边紧固边用卡尺测量，使两块法兰之间保持间隙的均匀，防止漏料。长效网与挤出模具上节联接的接头为螺纹连接，必须拧紧，否则有可能漏或损坏挤出模具的连接螺纹。 (2) the long-term net is connected with the extruder barrel through the flange. The fastening screws of the flange must be tightened evenly when tightening, and the gap between the two flanges shall be kept even while tightening, so as to prevent material leakage. The joint between the long-term net and the upper section of the extrusion die is threaded connection, which must be tightened, otherwise, the connection thread of the extrusion die may be missed or damaged (3).在安装成型轮及成型轮电机时一定要保证成型轮主轴轴线与驱动电机轴线相平行，以确保两齿轮的良好啮合。 (3) when installing the forming wheel and the forming wheel motor, make sure that the axis of the main shaft of the forming wheel is parallel to the axis of the drive motor, so as to ensure the good engagement of the two gears. (4).挤出机电机角带的松紧程度是否合适 (4) whether the tightness of angle belt of extruder motor is appropriate (5).挤出机电机、真空泵、牵引电机、收卷力矩电机、干燥料斗、真空上料 机、电器元件运转方向是否正确、工作是否正常； (5) whether the extruder motor, vacuum pump, traction motor, winding torque motor, drying hopper, vacuum feeding machine and electrical components operate in correct direction and work normally; (6).空气压缩机、风机和其它元件工作是否正常、气路是否畅通； (6) check whether the air compressor, fan and other components work normally and whether the air path is smooth; (7).水源是否达到要求的压力，各水路是否畅通、有无渗漏现象； (7) whether the water source meets the required pressure, and whether all waterways are smooth and free of leakage; (8).调整挤出机挤出模具口模与芯棒的间隙，使整个圆周内的间隙达到均 匀； (8) adjust the gap between the die and the mandrel of the extruder to make the gap in the whole circumference uniform; (9).调整成型轮与压轮的相对位置使两者达到均匀贴合； (9) adjust the relative position of the forming wheel and the pressing wheel to achieve a uniform fit (10).用吊线的方法调整成型轮迷宫中线与挤出机挤出模具出料中心线对正； (10) adjust the labyrinth center line of the forming wheel to align with the discharge center line of the extrusion die of the extruder by the method of suspension wire; (11).向挤出机减速机加注齿轮油并达到规定的油标位置，其它各注油部位加 注相应的润滑脂 。 (11) fill gear oil to the reducer of extruder and reach the specified oil level position, and fill corresponding grease to other oil filling positions. |
