单翼迷宫式滴灌带设备特点

单翼迷宫式滴灌带制造机械由电控系统、传动系统、挤出系统、成型系统、牵引系统、收卷装置组成。工作时将配比好的多组份塑料原料放入挤出机中充分熔融,经挤出模具挤出、测径仪定径后进入成型轮,其迷宫型腔在成型轮中完成真空定型和冷却,成型后的制品经切刀切分后,分成两条,经冷却风道进入冷却水箱完成最后的冷却,已经成型的制品经牵引机送入收卷机。收卷机可同时卷取两条滴灌带,张力自动调整。收卷长度在一定范围内可随意设定,到达设定长度后自动声光报警。卷取机上设有排线器,使滴灌带排布整齐美观。整套设备由电控系统集中控制操作,驱动电机采用国内先进的变频技术,使设备运转稳定,且能耗低。挤出机采用硬齿面减速机和具有高硬度高耐磨性的优质合金钢制造的高效螺杆机筒,噪音小、寿命长、工作稳定。同时在挤出机上设有原料自动烘干及自动加料装置,增强了设备对原料的适应性,而且大大降低了工人的劳动强度。为了适应再生塑料颗粒加工,在挤出模具处目前采用的横向长效换网器,极为方便,使用又安全,并且大大延长了挤出模具的换网时间、使用再生料,由原来的2、3小时延长到8-20小时,提高了工作效率、减少了废品的产生。在成型系统上,成型轮采用不锈钢制造,并在内部设有循环冷却水道,真空的吸附采用水环式真空泵完成,加上外部的强冷装置,大大加强了制品的成型及定型效果,提高了生产速度和工作稳定性,环境温度适应性更强。
The manufacturing machinery of single-wing labyrinth drip irrigation belt consists of electronic control system, transmission system, extrusion system, forming system, traction system and winding device. When working, the multi-component plastic raw materials with good proportions are put into the extruder to melt fully. After extrusion of the extrusion die and calibration of the diameter gauge, they enter the forming wheel. The labyrinth cavity of the plastic forming wheel completes vacuum setting and cooling. The formed product is divided into two parts after cutting knife, and then it enters the cooling water tank through the cooling air duct. After cooling, the molded products are sent into the winder by the tractor. The winding machine can roll two drip irrigation strips at the same time, and the tension is automatically adjusted. The length of the windowing can be set in a certain range. After the set length is automatically set, the sound and light are automatically alerting. A winding device is arranged on the coiler, so that the drip irrigation belt is arranged orderly and beautiful. The whole set of equipment is centralized controlled and operated by the electronic control system. The driving motor adopts the advanced frequency conversion technology in China, which makes the equipment run steadily and has low energy consumption. The extruder is made of hard tooth surface reducer and high hardness and high wear resistance high quality alloy steel with high efficiency screw barrel, which has low noise, long service life and stable operation. At the same time, the extruder is equipped with automatic drying and feeding device for raw materials, which enhances the adaptability of the equipment to raw materials and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers. In order to adapt to the processing of recycled plastic particles, the horizontal long-acting screen changer currently used in the extrusion die is extremely convenient and safe, and greatly prolongs the screen changer time of the extrusion die and the use of recycled materials. It extends from the original 2 or 3 hours to 8-20 hours, improves the work efficiency and reduces the generation of waste products. In the forming system, the forming wheel is made of stainless steel, and there is a circulating cooling water channel inside. The vacuum absorption is accomplished by a water ring vacuum pump. With the external strong cooling device, the forming and setting effect of the product is greatly strengthened, the production speed and working stability are improved, and the environmental temperature adaptability is stronger.
